This spacious, ground-floor one-bedroom apartment is located within the legendary Ocotillo Lodge, once a favorite of Hollywood celebrities and still beloved today for its distinctive mid-century flair.


THE CONDO:

Inside the condo, you`ll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a cozy living room, a dining area, and a private outdoor patio perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet evening under the stars.
The bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a twin sleeper sofa in the living room.

Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame stunning views of the surrounding mountains, bringing the beauty of the desert right into your living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and essential appliances, allowing you to prepare meals just like you would at home. The condo has a washer/dryer for your convenience.

THE PREMISES:

One of the most unique features of the lodge is its famous champagne cork–shaped pool, a striking centerpiece that invites you to relax, unwind, and soak up the sun.
The property also offers two soothing hot tubs/spas, surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds filled with native desert vegetation that enhance the tranquil, resort-like atmosphere.

There is also a GYM and a BAR by the pool!

Whether you`re visiting for relaxation, adventure, or a little bit of both, this lovely apartment at the Ocotillo Lodge offers a memorable stay in one of Palm Springs` most iconic and convenient locations.

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).

4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).

5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (2 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.

6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (2 cars max)

7. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.


**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
