“The bed was very very hard. Had to purchase mattress topper. There were what appeared to be dead roaches on the floor. The shower curtain rod fell in on me when in the shower. Only one roll of toilet paper-had to go purchase more. Only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. The upstairs neighbors were very loud even throughout the night. ”

“We were not able to have the accommodations that we signed up for, but the property manager helped us get lovely and very comfortable and clean alternative arrangements in the same community. We signed up for a two bedroom villa and ended up into individual rooms.”

Felt private even if other people were staying in other units—would be a great getaway for multiple friends or families that want to let kids have their own unit and still all be together. ”

“Great upstairs unit with great mountain views. My wife and I came down to the desert to celebrate our anniversary and were extremely happy with everything. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The door code was emailed the day before with instructions on how to get to the unit. The unit was clean, and very nicely decorated. We have stayed in many Spa Villa Suites and this was probably the nicest we have stayed in. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.”
