“No reception, you had to call a phone number and get a password for the digital doorlock. We had to wait 25 minutes in telephone que until answered. Then when answered they said the hotel was overbooked and our room therefore not available. “The room was spotless, fairly newly renovated. Ready for beach activities. Large room. ”

“Property was suffering beach erosion after the winter and early storms on the Oceanside. But spectacular view from room and deck on the Oceanside. We should have asked them for a regular coffee pot. Very disappointed that the hot tub was not even warm. We went for beach horseback ride and for 62 yo we sure could have used it. Mgmt tried to get propane for hot tub . But just couldn’t. ”

“This hotel is great! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is VERY close to a more or less private part of the beach and there are showers at the bottom of the hotel, so you can clean yourself off before you get back in. The rooms are nice and reasonably sized and you are able to watch the sunset if your room faces the beach.”

“Kate and Dustin are great hosts and serve a delicious breakfast! The Inn is spotless and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect- close to town and Oriental's beautiful waterfront is a pleasant walk just down the street. My room (Bar Harbor) was quiet, comfortable and lovely. I would absolutely book the Inn At Oriental again!”
