TIDEWATER BEACH RESORT has impressive amenities; two outdoor lagoon pools with hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center with Roman Spa, steam room and sauna, movie theater, arcade/game room, restaurant, coffee shop, ice cream shop and tiki bar.
IDEAL LOCATION, as you are near tons of options for dining, entertainment, and nightlife. Pier Park is just a 1/2 mile from Tidewater and offers a plethora of shopping options as well as beach activities and festivals year-round.
The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The bunk room has twin bunk beds. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with your cooking needs, there is also an in-unit washer and dryer.
You will have access to all of the amenities at the resort as our special guests. Please pre-register at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid lines and save money. The fee is $48 plus tax paid online to the resort, which includes 2 parking passes and 8 wrist bands. The fee is $58 plus tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival. The amenity usage and parking fee is a separate fee not collected by the owner.
Minimum age to Book is 25 per RESORT RULES.
Due to local laws or HOA requirement, at least one guest must be 25 to rent this condo.

This is a huge Resort and from time-to-time an amenity will be closed due to enhancements and/or maintenance. This is out of control of the Owner and there will be no refunds or concessions.

During Peak Season March, May-September please expect longer than normal wait times for the elevators.
