FAQs

Early check-in options?
Arriving really early? If our schedule permits, we offer a half-day add-on. If you’re just looking for a couple of hours, contact us 24 hours before check-in to see if our schedule will allow it. Please note that if a guest is checking out on your arrival day or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in may not be possible.

Late check-out?
If your flight leaves late in the day, consider a half-day add-on so you can leave at your leisure.

Luggage drop-off?
Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations for local luggage storage options while you wait.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
No. Third-party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves. Everyone staying in the cottage must be listed with their age.
