Welcome to paradise in Unit 1708 at Celadon Beach Resort in Panama City Beach! Must be 25 to reserve. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. Privately owned and meticulously maintained with upscale furnishings, special touches and all the comforts of home. Perfectly located on the 17th floor in the highly desirable West End of the beach with beach service included complete with 2 full lounge chairs and umbrella daily March through October.

The Living Room has a leather sectional sofa with power recliners and plenty of comfy seating featuring fun beach decor and floor to ceiling sliding doors boasting amazing Gulf views. The Master Bedroom faces the Gulf with floor wall to wall sliding doors opening directly onto the balcony. The Master has a king bed with plush bedding and fresh, crisp linens for complete rest and relaxation along with an oversized private bathroom. The Second Bedroom offers warm hues of blues with a king bed with new linens and plenty of space to spread out. The Third room boasts fun beach colors with a cozy full-size bed. There is a second bath shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The Kitchen comes fully stocked with plenty of plates, cups, tableware, etc for all of your guests. There is a new, full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Finally, the Balcony has the total "WOW" factor.... the view from the 17th floor is absolutely spectacular! Bring your binoculars and prepare to see acquatic wildlife in action.

Celadon Beach Resort offers 2 swimming pools (one heated), 2 hot tubs, and tennis courts. The Resort is one of the newer Resorts in Panama City Beach and it shows. The property is well-maintained, boasts a lush tropical setting, and faster elevators.

The highly desirable West End of Panama City Beach is quieter yet still close to Pier Park, numerous dining options, shopping, and fun beach activites. 30A is only minutes away featuring an upscale, traditional beach scene. The airport is a convenient 15 minute drive from the Resort.

Overall stay was great!!! The elevators not working and being on the 17th floor was not good. The master bedroom bed slept really good. The front room with the double bed not so much plus be prepare. that is closet room. The kitchen is pretty stocked (we didn’t have to go out and buy anything). Romana is a great host, she responded to all my messages in a timely fashion.

Beautiful views

Our stay included myself (39), husband (36), son and girlfriend (19), daughter and friend (15). The unit was large enough that we were all comfortable inside and outside on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view!

Not Beach Paradise

The condo was dirty. The ceiling fan in the bedroom had a 1/8" of dust on it. There was no room to put the food we purchased. All the cupboards were full of miss matched dishes. The party was full of pots and pans. no where to put anything. Had problems with the door lock. tried to call the manager could not reach her. Call the cleaning number and that person was able to ahold of her. The person who came to fix it made it as we broke it. Not true. No where to put cloths in the bedroom because she had so many things in and on the bedroom furniture. It was a good location on the quite end of the beach.

Great Place!

We had a great trip! The beach was beautiful and and the condo was clean and had everything we needed plus more!! The room with the pink and blue blankets from the pictures is small, just has room for a bed. We did not realize until we got there but still no issues at all!! (much better to have the bed than bunk beds like most places for rent) We loved our stay and are super appreciative of the condo! There was jet ski rentals and chair rentals right outside of the place which was perfect!
