Ground floor poolside! 2024 Under New Management!

Ground Floor condo that opens directly onto the best resort pool area in PCB. You will not want to leave once you step foot on Shores of Panama extra large 5 star pool area. The lagoon type pool covers a large part of the area along with a gulf side hot tub, two walk up bar areas with food and drinks. This pool area is not just concrete and a pool, we are talking about tropical landscaping with fountains, bridges and space galore. There is a private pool side area that faces east so you have a great view of gorgeous sunsets.

This beautifully decorated condo has a dedicated parking space. It accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. Master bedroom has King bed. Living room Queen Sleeper Sofa and 1 Twin with a Twin trundle bed in separate hallway area.

Shores of Panama is centrally located on the east end of PCB. You are within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping areas, bars and the one of the best donut shops in town. Walmart is also within walking distance. One of the most famous restaurants in PCB, Pineapple Willy's is next door with gulf side seating on a deck that stretches over the sand almost to the water's edge. You are 10 minutes from all of the marinas in PCB for all of the fishing and boating fun.

Gorgeous pool walk out condo

Overall great experience here. The pool walk out location is top notch. Plenty of beach toys left behind for kiddos. Kitchen had everything we needed except scissors and a fly swatter. Only downfall would be if you dont like doing laundry on vacation….there are only 3 hand towels for 3 sinks and 1 washcloth per person. Also the master shower doesnt drain well due to the type of plumbing- could use a cheap drain cover to catch hair for an easy fix. Lisa, the host, was super helpful and responds very promptly. We will definitely be back!!!!

May Get Away

The property is great as usual and this was our first time staying on ground level which was fabulous. The new security measures are very welcomed. The condo was great and spacious but let’s talk about the beds……awful mattresses and the comfort was not there at all. The pull out sofa bed is in major need of a new mattress and honestly needs to be replaced. The infuse of the couch was dirty as well. Also none of the furniture in the den area was comfortable or inviting. I would invest in some more family friendly furniture and new mattresses all around.

Great stay!!

We had a great stay in this property. Location was very convenient being able to access everything without using the elevator. The property was clean and we liked the daybed with the pullout vs bunkbeds. The property manager also promptly responded to messages and questions, which also made the process easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location for a Family Getaway

Great condo! Loved everything about it! Location, cleanliness, and the property manager, Lisa! We arrived a day before our check in, called after the office was closed and she called us back within 5 minutes, so we could check in a day earlier. 5 Stars!! We will be back!

Great family spot!

After reading tons of generic reviews on the Shores of Panama, I was a bit hesitant about how this vacation would go but I was pleasantly surprised! Having a ground floor room was a game changer! It was incredibly convenient to walk out on the back deck to be instantly at the pool! Made it super easy with two kids to go in and out without the hassle of elevators. We were able to just come in and make lunch, eat on the patio table, and get back to having fun! The location is fabulous- quite literally walk out the front door to see Pineapple Willys, easy walk to Walmart and souvenir shops, great spot on the beach. I was worried about the noise being ground floor in between the pool and Pineapple Willys but we didn’t hear a thing once the doors were closed. The condo itself is pretty basic but has all the essentials. There were a few beach chairs and sand toys on the back deck, just no beach towels which luckily I read in a review and brought our own. My only complaints: the pool could have been cleaner but that’s the resorts issue, not the VRBO owner. Parking is TIGHT. I do appreciate having a dedicated spot but man it’s a squeeze. Would be hard for larger vehicles to fit into. I don’t love having to wear a wristband for the entire stay but did enjoy the security it offered as they were checked upon going in and out of the beach to ensure the property is guests only. Overall a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Can’t beat the location!

Condo is basic but has all the essentials. The location and convenience to the pool and beach is what makes this place perfect. Parking is….😬 but luckily you are on the first level (we just walked everywhere we could to avoid having to deal with it.) so that made it not as terrible to come and go. There are obviously better, more updated condos but for the price and location, this can’t be beat! Management was timely when responding to issues; the cleaners forgot to leave our wrist bands and parking pass in the condo and in the middle of our stay, the AC went out. Thankfully management replied quickly to our texts and the issues were resolved within an hour.

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

RUDE, NOT WELCOMING, UNSAFE, DIRTY I FEEL LIKE I WASTED TIME AND MONEY. I talked to others and they had similar interactions. 1.) Rude employees I had an employee yell at me for keeping my child close to me. She said “ they had security and cameras and that he was safe.” The parking garage employees kept telling us which way to walk. Even when it meant the long way or past stinking dumpsters. That never had the doors closed. When taking trash out of the rooms we had to go to the main dumpsters where it smelt awful and the wooden door accidentally got closed with me in there. 2.) PARKING SUCKS! I had to crawl over the seat to get out because there was not enough room to get out of my car. We rented a golf cart to make getting around easier but was screamed at by the garage employee because even with our parking pass he would not let us come in the garage or even turn around the golf cart. Another reason we got this golf cart is because our car was being beat to death in the parking deck by the other cars beside ours. 3.) POOL There was no chairs available to lay on because this place is over crowded. The pool was so cloudy I could not see my own feet. The pool and area around it was very dirty with trash. The hot tub got so nasty it had to be drained. There was so many drunk and loud people in the pool at night that my child could not night swim even 1 night. 4.) BEACH I have been coming to PCB for 15years and this is the DIRTIEST part of PCB. There was so much

Poolside ground rental

We have stayed in this exact rental before. We love the convenience of the room to the pool. The room was stocked with everything we needed, I wish the sofa was more comfortable for sitting, but it is a sleeper sofa. The room could use some touchups, but would definitely stay again or recommend.

Great property steps away from the beach. Perfect for our family of 4. Loved that we didn’t have to wait for elevators, and had a patio that opened up to the pool. This unit was clean, well equipped, quiet, and comfortable. Lots to do nearby. Weather wasn’t great during part of our trip but we kept busy. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Excellent location within the resort!!

First floor, with back door that leads right to the pool. Ideal condo for families with older kids or just adults! As they can just go to the pool while you are getting ready or first thing in the morning! In a building where there are 20+ levels the first floor was a game changer!! My only complaint would be that they didn’t have beach towels, or sand toys there and we flew. Someone did leave a couple beach chairs which was nice. Overall it was perfect for our family and I would rent this same place again.

I would book again!

We enjoyed the stay for our honeymoon. The only thing that was a little disappointing was, the indoor hot tub was out of service and the outdoor hot tub did not have jets functioning either. However, the stay was very comfortable.
