Välkommen till Frog Cottage! Detta helt nya, professionellt dekorerade vagnshus har allt du behöver för en oförglömlig semester.



Huvudnivån i detta vagnshus inkluderar det underbara köket, vardagsrummet, badrummet och "sovrummet". Köket har bänkskivor i granit, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, underbara träskåp - helt nya! Vardagsrummet och sovrumsområdena är separerade med anpassade gardiner. Vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser för att sitta och titta på tv eller dra stolarna upp till bordet för att äta en måltid. Detta vagnshus är utformat för att vara mångsidigt. Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och delar badrum med resten av vagnshuset. Vänd dig gärna till den smarta TV: n för att titta i sängen! Badrummet har en duschkabin med en justerbar längd duschhuvud och en enda fåfänga.



Ta dig upp i spiral trapphuset så hittar du våningssalen. Dessa specialbyggda våningssängar är den perfekta platsen för barnen att hänga på semester! Varje säng har sitt eget läslampa och uttag. Detta utrymme har också skåp för att lagra kläder och en platt-TV monterad smart TV.



Rosemary Beach är en ny urbanismsamhälle som ligger längs Florida panhandles natursköna väg 30A mellan Panama City och Destin. Den 107 tunnland stora Gulf-front townen designades 1995 för att erbjuda invånare och besökare en känsla av samhälle, grannskap och bekvämlighet. Vanliga "gröna" områden är belägna i hela Rosemary Beach och erbjuder platser för läsning, spel, picknick och barfota promenader samt utomhusevenemang. Location was absolutely unbeatable. House itself was cute. Overall, would recommend. A few little notes - we were only given one amenity pass despite being notified that there were two. We asked the manager about this daily and never received it. This means we all had to go to the beach at the same time and leave at the same time or else we’d have to walk each person back. Certainly not a dealbreaker, but a slight inconvenience. Also, there should definitely be at least two patio chairs outside with the table. The porch view is amazing, but 3 out of 4 of us had to sit on the ground every morning while drinking coffee. Just something to think about. Thanks!

Family Getaway

You cannot beat this location! Absolutely incredible to wake up every morning and see the ocean, walk to the beach in a minute and walk to the downtown area in a few minutes. We also were at the pool a lot for the kids and again, such a great location to all the amenities! We loved it here, it felt like a little hidden escape. It was perfect for the 4 of us, the spiral stairs were a little daunting at first but our kids got the hang of it with no issue. If we didn’t have another baby on the way, we would come back here again and again! Cannot beat this place!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

This is our family’s first time visiting Rosemary Beach and surrounding areas. Our stay at FROG was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful views of the beach during a cozy breakfast each morning before venturing out on the bikes included in the rental. The hosts and 30aVacay left EXCELLENT vendor references for all of our local needs. The property amenities were wonderful as well. The kitchen is well stocked with all things needed to make any meals, very organized, and included kid friendly options. We loved the beautiful decor and enjoyed feeling like we were truly in a beach rental. Minutes from Rosemary Square and great playgrounds for the kids. We absolutely loved how great the location of this property is. The beach is serene and very clean. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Rosemary Beach and will keep this property in mind for future rentals! Highly recommend!

Beautiful but bug infested

The location and unit are stunning but we had cockroaches in our beds every night. In addition, the property management company they use were extremely rude and unhelpful. Terrible customer service. The location is perfect though!

Unbeatable location and space

The space and location cannot get any better. The late check in and early check out times leave much to be desired and the list of exit instruction (chores) is long. I had issues communicating with the host company, but once I was in, everything was great.

Renting with 30A was easy! We actually extended our stay by a couple days, Which they were able to find us a place seven minutes away. Everything was wonderful! I will definitely come back!

Rosemary Peach!

This property is perfect for a small family. Beautiful comfortable accommodations and the location is tremendous! Loved every minute. When I asked my 11 year old what she thought of this place she said “ it’s a peach”

Beautiful carriage house

We had a lovely time in beautiful Rosemary Beach. The location of your carriage house was perfect, and we enjoyed staying there! A few suggestions: *Get a new coffee pot! * Wash the bedspread and shams. Stained. * One roll of toilet paper? Really * A box of kleenex would be nice *Need towel rods and many more hooks. Bath towels , hand towels, wash cloths, beach towels, bathing suits.No where dry. Large suction cups it in the shower can hold wet washcloths.

Great stay in a beautiful place.

Steps to beach just over boardwalk. Bikes made it easy to get around. Everything was great. Only suggestion is to get a larger bed downstairs and possibly batter mattress but I know everyone has different preferences. Would stay again 100%

Great Getaway for a couple.

The cottage is adjacent to the beach walkover, and the porch offers a view of the water somewhat obstructed but nice nonetheless. The queen bed down, was comfortable and the bunk beds up would be great for a short stay for small kids, but know the cottage is very small and would be tight quarters for much more than young ones. The finishes are top-notch, and the kitchenette was well stocked and very adequate. (Don’t expect to cook a thanksgiving meal, obviously) It was a very enjoyable stay we are looking forward to returning.

Perfect location!

Loved loved this little cottage. It’s located steps away from the boardwalk. Literally takes one minute from door to beach! Restaurants are just a short walk down the street. Perfect location. The cottage is just like the photos.

ROACHES

We were horrified to realize the first night the place was filled with roaches. We immediately reached out to the after hours line only to find the after hours line was non functional. We received a call back the next day and were immediately told that we needed to submit pictures for proof there were roaches. We of course did, and their grand solutions to simply drop off roach spray for us to take care of the problem ourselves, because they had “no idea” when they could get an exterminator there. We spent the week killing roaches and finding them running out of our suitcases, our children were terrified and we had to open the windows and repeatedly spray the place. Management of the rental never again reached out, and in fact refused to answer my attempts to text the provided number back. We spent a lot of $ and had to try to avoid being there the whole week. I’m thoroughly disappointed to say the least and wouldn’t dream of staying here again.
