BEWARE
When arriving, I was not able to enter the room. I had small children and melting groceries. The code that was sent to me did not open the door. No one responded timely via messaging. I then had to contact the 1-800 number to get help. Once arriving in the unit, there were multiple issues. The unit was very warm, the bedding had stains, the bunk room had no blankets, the bedding and pillows were very cheap and seemed like hospital room bedding. Master bedroom has no closet, the master bathroom shower/tub does not drain properly (you stand in dirty water the entire shower), the bathroom rugs were extremely dirty, the faucet was very lose and wiggily, the entire stay i was inconvenienced by this unit and workers coming in and out. I asked for them not to come in if I was not present. The workers came in on my daughter when she was in the unit while i was at the water. They took her cell phone from her because she called me scared. The dryer did not work. When thy came to work on that the next day, they threw my WET clothes on the bed, repaired the dryer and left the WET clothes on bed for me to find when i returned later that afternoon to sour. The Tidewater is the WORST condo i have stayed in over 15 years of staying at PCB. We had to walk 13 floors of stairs at least 6 times during our stay because the elevators DO NOT work. We waited over an hour multiple times. BEWARE. I will never stay at TIdewater again and do NOT plan on booking through VACASA.
