Decor: Built with a Nautical flair, make sure to enjoy the interesting touches in the home, a craftsman style beauty custom designed and built to exacting specifications to exceed your expectations at every turn.
Kitchen: VERY well equipped for all your meal-prep needs, complete with a large pantry.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed; this bedroom and bathroom are located in a private suite with a hallway door for added privacy.
Bathroom: Walk-in shower with a low foot wash area.
Screened-In Porch: Enjoy a surfboard table with stools and Adirondack chairs for relaxing.
Foyer: A convenient space to store all your beach gear.

Second Floor: Spacious Comfort for Everyone

Bedroom 2: King bed, walk-in closet, and plenty of space for a pack-n-play. The en-suite bath features a garden tub and separate shower.
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds and a spacious layout for a pack-n-play. This room opens to a very large front porch with rockers overlooking Carillon Ave. and the beach Walkover. The bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower.
Laundry Room: Full-size Speed Queen washer and dryer, complete with an ironing board.
Desk Area: For those needing a home office, there is a desk and workspace area in case you have to keep up with the office.

Third Floor Tower
Bedroom 4: Loft Area: Charming twin day bed with twin trundle that can be used as 2 twins or king bed (no door to the 3rd Floor loft). Enjoy the Views of the Gulf and Walkover from this level. Surrounded by windows, this elegant tower has incredible vistas and a small deck off the room for listening to the waves roll ashore.
