Siesta Studio Gulf Front studio w/ bunks

Discover the Siesta Studio on the 6th floor of Top of the Gulf in Panama City Beach, Florida. This recently renovated condo presents panoramic Gulf of Mexico views, featuring 1 king bed and 2 bunks (sleeps 4). The kitchen boasts full-size stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and comes fully stocked. Enjoy WiFi TV in the living area and bunks. The expanded bathroom enhances comfort. The fitness center is on the 3rd floor, and communal laundry is available on alternate floors, with an additional laundry on the 6th floor. Conveniently close to the elevator and shared balconies, the unit offers access to amenities like the pool, kiddie pool, picnic area, seasonal snack bar, and grills.

Renters must be 21 or older, picture of licenses and rental agreement signatures required. Please review rental agreement example before booking. You will receive an email at time of booking to sign your rental agreement.

Please note that this resort has a one time cash only $30 resort fee that is due upon arrival at the front desk. This covers 1 car parking pass. 4 Wristbands will be in the room for your use while on property. The resort requires wristbands be worn at all times to ensure everyone on the property is a resort guest.

A starter package of amenities is provided. Renter must provided any amenities needed beyond what is initially provided.

PERFECTION. IF you’re needing xtra beds the bunks are there but we used the area for closet space. Worked out perfectly. Apartment location best. Wish it had private balcony though. Thanks Lyn and jerry

The apartment was lovely. It was just as pictured and right on the beach. The other guests were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable we slept like babies!

This property was right on the beach with amazing views! Easy beach access. And a quick drive to lots of fun places and good things to eat. It's was clean, updated, the decore was beautiful. We did not have a single night where the neighbors were to loud. Everyone on the property was friendly and it was a very family oriented environment. The property manager had wonderful communication and again we had zero issues with our booking. I would 100% recommend and stay here again.

The decor is just as cute in person as it was in pictures! The only con is that there is no where to keep your clothing or personal items while staying there as there is no closet or dresser. We needed up figuring it out so that it functioned well enough for us for the week.

Our condo was perfect for our family of four! Our two kids (7 & 9 yr old) loved the bunk beds and their own tv’s. The pool was perfect for evening swims after the beach. Location was great!

This was the best getaway for my husband and I as an anniversary trip. The room was perfect. I fell in love with the interior of the condo from the online pictures. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The location of the condo was great as the beach was not over crowded, and it was in close proximity to many restaurants. We are already planning another trip!

We stayed here with our 2 children (ages 9 & 4) and it was absolutely perfect! It was everything it was described as and pictures were exact. The condo is right next to the elevator so it was convenient with children. We will definitely be back! Location was perfect and not really crowded since the resort is smaller.

Sometimes you wonder how accurate photos and descriptions are - like posting a 10-year-old photo on your Facebook Page. My wife Maureen and I were very pleased, the studio was all it was sold to be, clean, updated and very comfortable. We will be back next year. The staff, from tip-to-toe was very helpful and the other amenities were great: pool, beach access etc. Bravo!
