Welcome to the pinnacle of seaside living, Penthouse 3016 at Tidewater. The panoramic view of the mesmerizing Emerald Green Waters from the 30th floor is the highlight of this exceptional residence. With a capacity to comfortably host 4 adults and 2 children, our spacious unit offers a luxurious retreat. Upon entering, the Master suite on the left features a flat-screen TV, a plush King-size bed, and an attached private bathroom. Across the hallway, the Bunk Nook provides a perfect space for children with 2 twin bunks, and a second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The living room area is adorned with a leather sleeper sofa, featuring a queen mattress with memory foam for added comfort.
During the season, March through October, 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are included with your reservation. To take advantage of this complimentary service, go to the beach, provide the unit number, and request set up. Enjoy!

Parking:
All guests must pre-register with the resort! Preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the front desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass.
The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit.
Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Vacasa desk, located on the ground floor. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.
No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense.
Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Vacasa desk, located on the ground floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property. Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits.
Other details to note:
You will find the 2 oversized lagoon-style outdoor pools on either end of the building connected by a long boardwalk that also takes you through the private resort gate to the beach. Our indoor pool is heated while the outdoor pools are not heated.
All guests must use the Walkover, as instructed by the Project Manager, for the Front Beach Road project.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
