The house has everything I needed, is comfortable, is close to the dock, and is a short walk down the beach to the surf location. I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. ”

“Beautiful property, responsive and communicative host, house was clean and prepared for our visit. The ac worked well, kitchen was well appropriated w/ pot, pans, etc., and there were plenty of fresh clean towels. Game room was as advertised - the pool table was in good shape. The house definitely had a few minor deferred maintenance issues (e.g. the pool was not in great condition, in line water heater did not work properly) and bats appeared to be roosting in the awning behind the guest house....
