Great Views
We went up for a day of fishing and to just get away from it all. This was a great place to do it all. We could relax and enjoy the views of the lake, make use of the many table games available, or just sit and watch tv without all being on top of each other. The steep driveway was a bit intimidating, however it was well maintained and no one had any issues getting up to the house. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Would stay here again.

Family snow vacation
Great cabin for our snow vacation. Added bonus was the baby gates on all the stairs! So nice to have. Michael is a great host, fast to respond. Might make our stay a tradition.

Perfect Snow Trip
My kids, dog, wife and I had an amazing vacation here in the snow! The property manager was extremely helpful for anyone needing extra advice traveling in the winter. Hope to come back next year!

Super Fun and Beautiful Stay
Our family absolutely loved our stay here. Peaceful setting in the hills with a view, and a very FUN environment for the kids and teens! Terrific host and communication. I definitely recommend accessing the steeper driveway arriving from the right side of the home (as outlined by the owner's check-in instructions).

Amazing view!

Incredible views
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home with our three adult children. The views were definitely a highlight, the home was amazing, we loved the fire pit area, and the upstairs game area was incredible between the pool table, ping pong, darts, foosball and more! The kitchen was well-stocked with all sorts of spices and the fanciest dishwasher we've ever used. A truly special home!

Utah Family Vacation August 2022

Amazing property
I booked this property for my sisters 30th birthday and it was amazing. Tons of snow and the kids loved using their sleds and tubes! The cabin itself is huge, pictures don’t do it justice. Tons of card games in the cabin and we had so much fun. The road through brainhead is closed during the winter so you will have to go through panguitch, we learned this the hard way and you will need 4 wheel drive up the drive way to the cabin. It’s a steep drive way and still had snow so it was a little slippery. Overall it was amazing!

AMAZING CABIN WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW!!!
My family and I spent 6 days at this beautiful cabin. The drive up from the bottom of the hill to the cabin is absolutely amazing. The view in the morning is spectacular overlooking Panguitch Lake. The rooms were big and spacious. The open windows is what we fell in love with. Our kids spent the entire trip in the entertainment room and had fun sleeping on the huge bean bags. They also loved playing in the game room. We brought our own board games to keep busy and had a lots of fun laughing and spending time together. The day before we left, we spent hours outside building a snowman and making a path for our kids to sled down the driveway. Everyone had a blast. It was an unforgettable experience especially for my dad. It was so perfect that we were sad to leave. But we made memories to last a lifetime. We will definitely be back. Thank you to Michael and Dave for your quick response when we had questions. The only concern we did have, was the gas burners kept ticking whenever we used one burner.

Wonderful home, Amazing views
We had a wonderful time, the views from every window were beautiful especially the view out to the lake, waking up to that view was so great!! Thee house was great, the grandkids loved the game room and the room with the beanbags the adults loved it all as well. Lots of sledding down the driveway, we all had so much fun.

This was NOT as described. Do not rent this place.
This place looked like it had been sitting unmaintaned for a long time until we came to stay. First off the TV didn't have reception. We could only access YouTube and had to log onto our OWN Netflix account to watch a movie with the family. The entire house had a mold smell that after a few days made us all sick. The pictures on verbo did not represent the house. The rock work on the front of the house was falling off or unfinished. The laundry room was unfinished with wires still showing in the wall which was a hazard to our kids. The fire place in the master bedroom was not working and looked like it hadn't worked for years. The beds felt like they where from the 1800s. Not comfortable at all. On top of all that the house was on a very steep hill and DURING our stay, the maintenance man came to repair the front drive way dumping a huge pile of rocks making so we had to wait for him to smooth the road before we could leave the yard. If you want to have a comfortable care free vacation do not book this cabin. This was not worth what we paid. It is probably worth $300 a night at the most. After renting this place I can honestly say this was not money well spent.

That is a unique outlook and review of the property. You initially booked for three nights and then reduced it to two nights; then asked for an super early check in and a late check out at no charge. Because I couldn’t accommodate, this is your response. I wish you the best of luck in the future and good luck trying to find properties that can accommodate large parties for under $400/ night.

This property needs updated, or at least a much better cleaning between renters.
I stayed in this property about 6 years ago. It has gone down hill a lot since then. Plumbing and electrical fixtures desperately need updated. Wifi was not great when trying to watch online TV. The lever/lock on the door used to enter the property is on it's last leg. We had a hard time getting into the property upon arrival. The floors were filthy in all rooms. The main refrigerator froze some of our food. This bar sink was clogged and its faucet didn't work. There was no dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher. The windows looked as though they hadn't been cleaned inside or out, for years. Pretty disappointed overall. I had the family pumped about the place. Oh, if you are not an exibitionist, then this place isn't for you. There are damn near no blinds at all in this property. Sorry Michael, I wanted to give you a great review, but this is the state that your property is in. You mentioned that you don't go there often, so I thought I'd let you know about these issues.

Leon, You said you were are the property 6 years ago. We didn't start renting until 4 years ago. If you stayed prior, then why are you surprised there are no blinds in the master bedroom front window? That is the grand view that our marketing photos show. All the other bedrooms have blinds? Just look at the photos. As for the internet, yes, is it slow, which is what I disclose upfront. That is the best we get on the mountain. I am not sure of your financial angle but please don't come back.

Lake cabin near Bryce and Zion
Multi-family friends from Arizona, gathered for our yearly trip. Thoroughly enjoyed the spacious cabin, such a great spot with wonderful view. Allowed us to easily visit Zion one day and Bryce Canyon a different day. Cabin had plenty of sleeping areas, gorgeous deck, super fun game room/bar and we all had a great time. Kitchen was stocked with all you could need. Our only suggestion from the group would be optional window blinds for the two master bedrooms for those who don't like to rise at the crack of dawn.

Beautiful Views!
Although there were some dishes that had been put away dirty, and a few amenities we were unable to find, our stay was wonderful. We understand things happen, so rather than make a huge fuss, we did our best to leave the kitchen cleaner than we found it. The cabin itself is beautiful. The parking was perfect allowing for trailers to park and still have room for other vehicles. The open floor layout of the space allowed for four families to visit and just enjoy the beautiful awe of the Utah wilderness. The local fire chief was extremely friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the quick visits. We love the the idea of being disconnected, especially for the kids and teenagers. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and we were able to take home a few fish from the lake!

A few things should be addressed. Jacuzzi tub does not work. Exposed wires at junction boxes in 2 rooms including the master. Balconies were not accessible and screwed shut. Coffee maker was not working, but Dave came to address it. Lots of confusing/non working remotes for tv in Master (no batteries and we couldn’t get the tv on at all). We had a blast, don’t see this as a complaint post. Addressing these things would make this the best rental on the mountain. Rails falling apart…. Could be a bit dangerous. Not a sufficient amount of TP for 10 people. All easy fixes. Again…. We had a blast!

Great for Multiple Families
We had a great visit. We stayed here to visit Bryce Canyon. The drive is about an hour from this house to the canyon. The views were amazing. This house is great for large groups. There is lots of space to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked/equipped, a bit on the small side. We cooked and also used the grill. Wow, the game room is amazing. There is a pool table, indoor shuffle board, foosball table and a dart board. We enjoyed it all. There are plenty of movies. Unlike other reviewers complaints of mice droppings, we did not see anything like it. The house was clean, the fans had a lot of dust on them.. Since the house is in a remote area, the grocery store is 30 min away. As noted by other reviewers and the owner, the internet is very slow and can only handle 1-2 people at a time. The dishwasher was not cleaning well and we had to run the dishes multiple times. The house is up a steep driveway. We had to park our minivan at the the bottom (the owner noted this in the info packet). We also had SUV/4W drive which we used to transport our stuff to the house. Overall, we had a great time with the small/minor issues. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, relaxing getaway!
This home and the amenities were everything as described. We absolutely loved that location, the view and access to the national parks! We did have to do some cleaning when we arrived as it appeared not to have been vacuumed very well, windows were quire dirty and laundry was still being done.

Great House For Fishing Groups
The house is fantastic, especially for groups that like to play games like pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, poker etc. after a day of fishing at Panguitch Lake. One of the most well supplied houses we have encountered and a nice lake view. Lots of beds and tv's. Top quality throughout.

Beautiful views Large deck, Comfortable
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin for our family reunion. We didn’t receive the check-in email until the day after we checked in. But this was not a big deal. The contract had all the information we needed to get to the cabin. The property manager is so helpful and kind. He met us at the cabin and helped us get in. He showed us around. The main kitchen/living area is a bit small for large groups but we made it work. The decks are beautiful to sit and watch the lake, the sunset and the wildlife. The theater room with bean bags were a big hit with the kids. Lots of DVD’s to watch. The game room was awesome. Very good communication. It is a mountain cabin so read the description of the property so you can be prepared.

Listing Falls Short
Although we enjoyed Panguitch Lake and the proximity of the cabin to the lake; the 8 of us that stayed there felt the cabin fell short of the listing. The condition of the cabin did not live up to the description or pictures for the money we paid. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, the stains all over the carpeted rooms and the smell of pet urine - especially when it rained - it was almost unbearable to hang out in the game room. I understand that accidents sometimes happen, but they charge a pet fee as well as a cleaning fee. We had young adults that were pretty excited about the game room. We were disappointed to find that the pool cues were missing tips. The dart board didn't function or have a full set of darts. The arcade game on the patio didn't work. Again, all of which were in the listing when we booked it.Everything was dirty. The floors, the windows, the mudroom, the countertops, the toilets, mouse droppings in the decor in the bathroom, the ovens and even dishes I pulled out of the cabinets still had food on them. The refrigerators were not wiped out and drawers in the main floor fridge were difficult to operate. The bottom dishwasher rack did not roll in and out properly so you had to lift it onto the guides once you had it loaded. The stove, was clicking like trying to ignite constantly if we used more than 2 burners at a time. The space underneath the range fan was totally full of food and grease. This seems like it would also attract critters. I have to add that we have been renting cabins for the last 12 years around Panguitch Lake. We are familiar with the area and fully realize it is in the Dixie National Forrest. Every cabin we have stayed in has had mice. We expect that. However, this cabin has a few larger animals that we believe are living in between the 1st and 2nd floors. They are larger than mice and kept the first floor occupants up at night. The phone is broken in the living room. It beeps constantly, but you can not functionally answer it when it rings or get a dial tone to call out. The top floor shower head was broken. We mentioned this to property mngr on our way to the lake since the phone didn't work. Owner has been traveling, offered to refund cleaning fee and a phone call when he returns. He expressed that he wishes we would have contacted the mngr about these issues. It would have been something every day. This was our vacation. I wish that the property had been rental ready when we arrived.

From the time you pull up, there is a peace that comes over you. We were in the area for the Bryce Canyon Ultra, with friends, family and our gaggle. We were able to relax, fellowship and rest, and it was wonderful.

Our family had an enjoyable time at the Robinson cabin. The cabin is beautiful, well stocked and comfortable. Our kids loved the upstairs game room. Comfortable beds and an amazing view from every room. The property manager who is also the local fire chief is the sweetest man. He was nice enough to give our family a tour of the fire house. We had a small issue with the fridge but it was addressed very quickly. Overall the cabin is fantastic. Don’t hesitate to book it for your next mountain getaway. Thank you!
