“My family stayed at this charming house. Everything in the house was so nice. It’s actually a row house, so there was plenty of room. The host was a delight and welcomed us with drinks and delicious homemade bread and food. We felt quite at home and comfortable in this lovely place. “Abbiamo soggiornato dal 21 al 25 di agosto.Il cottage è molto bello, si trova in una posizione decentrata ma con una bellissima vista e in macchina si riescono a raggiungere bene i vari punti di interesse.La piscina seppur piccola offre un’ottima vista panoramica, ideale per non più di 4 persone.Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza e la consiglio per chi ricerca un posto isolato e tranquillo per staccare dalla città, speriamo di ritornare presto!”

“Bellissima esperienza, perfetto per chi come noi cercava relax in un contesto speciale, vista mozzafiato. Posizione comoda lontano dal caos ma (con macchina) a 5 minuti da tutto l'occorrente. Il nostro canetto si è divertito molto avendo uno spazio esterno dove poter giocare liberamente.Massimo, il proprietario, è stato veramente molto discreto, cordiale e disponibile. “beautiful villa near orvieto, chiusi, montepulciano. host was very nice and accommodations were good. beds were firm which i appreciated, and the A/C worked. she left us wine, water and breakfast foods. there were many mosquitos outside so we couldnt enjoy the property as much as we wished, and some of the window screens were broken. no soap or shampoo provided so we had to buy our own.”

If you are driving to Assisi, it is better to park (Saba Giovanni Paolo II) in the public parking lot and walk to the apartment than to try and drive to the apartment. Driving is Assisi is very difficult and almost no parking near the apartment.”

“We spent a fantastic and relaxing week in Maria‘s house. The pool and the wide area provide excellent conditions for the kids to play and have fun. We really appreciated the pool bing surrounded by a fence. The kitchen and the grill area are well equipped to cook some nice Italian dish. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds.Maria is always available in case anything needed and always has helpful recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants and everything else. “As a follow guest said to me, some places do not live up to the pictures on the Internet, however, this Villa exceeded the online presence. Great location to relax by the lakeside. It has access to all you need, wineries, golf, shopping and Tourism. Easy access to Montepulciano, Perugia, Assisi, etc. We have travelled to Italy several times and this location and Villa have been the best.”
