- Off site we're well located for day trips to some of Cornwall's best attractions
- No same sex groups allowed ( Park rules & regulations) especially Stag & Hen groups.

5 Berth - 1 Double Bedroom , 1 twin bedroom and 1single bedroom.
One bathroom with shower & Sink. Toilet is separate Room with Sink.
The kitchen has all the usual amenities - oven, microwave, kettle etc plus Airfryer.
The living room - Smart TV, can connect to your phones wi-fi as Internet not included.
Garden - Patio area with Bench and seating. free parking space for 1 car only.

Sister park - has great fishing lakes for fishing.
Par Beach is 15 minute walk or 5 minute in car.

Train station 10 min walk or 4 mins by car.

Site Rules:
- Unfortunately no pets allowed on the park except caravan owners pets. Site Rules.
- Be respectful of neighbours - the majority of guests are young families or retired and looking for a fun and quiet weekend away
- Keep noise down after 10pm
- No same sex groups- especially stags/hens
- £7 membership per person per stay must be purchased at the reception Office on site. This is for use of all facilities on site except the Gym, where payment must be paid at the Gym.This is site Rules & Regulations & if not complied then site owners can remove you from site.

Breaking these rules can result in removal from the park by on site security - refunds will not be given to those removed by security.
