“Beautiful house in an excellent location. Everything was clean and served as a lovely place to host clients. It seemed odd to me that we had to pay 150/night extra to heat the hot tub... it seems like a "hot" hot tub would be included in a luxury venue. Our host was responsive and helpful. ”

“Nice place, plenty of bedrooms but some are not that nice and far from the center of the house. At least 4 are in a dorm style room in a separate house. Pool area is very nice, and main living room is great. Good location. Management company was a little slow to respond. ”

“The pool was dirty, the hot tub did not work, the thermostat malfunctioned, the A/C went off periodically in 112 heat, and to top it all off the host doubled the price for unfounded cleaning charges. we didn't party and took out all the trash, and loaded and ran the dishwasher. Also, the doors to the washer dryer were broken, a bathroom vent did not work, and there was clearly previous water damage. There is a second, tiny countertop microwave because the main one does not work. STAY AWAY.”
