“The villa was clean overall, well appointment, nicely done and good amenities, however some closet shelves were dusty, bed cover on the main floor bedroom was stained, found a bug on one of the bathrooms, the air conditioning leaks just outside of the main bedroom towards the kitchen and becomes slippery, plus a few other smaller issues.
I'll go back but I'd suggest to have the villas inspected prior to the guests arrival instead of the occupants having to call to get issues resolved.

“Extremely disappointed. Our stay was one of the worst we’ve had in a while. From the moment we checked in, we knew it was a mistake. They don’t advise you beforehand that the actual property is a mile and a half away from the main gate and that they don’t allow Ubers into the property nor do they offer a ride to the main gate (despite being a golf resort). Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel.
