“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“The property was excellent. Our biggest problem was the noise on the street outside the building. We finally had quiet (to sleep) about 4 am. We would not book this place again as we are older and normally go to bed at 11 pm. Laying frustrated with the laughing and yelling outside will not happen again.”

“We were very happy with this hotel. It is in a great location, and our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially Nicolas at the front desk. The continental breakfast was perfect for a quick start to your day. We will stay again.”

“The place was large with the bedrooms on opposite sides. We didn't cook but the option was there. We did take advantage of the silverware and plates though. A little worn around the edges but still cute and comfortable. Perfect location to the Metro and it is very walkable to nice restaurants and a grocery store. I would rent it again!”
