Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In Time: Begin your stay from 2:00 pm onwards.
Early/Late Requests: If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please confirm with us 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply.
Deposit Requirement:
Security Deposit: A deposit of âŹ150 is required to access the property, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY. This will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, assuming no damages are reported.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
