Paris apartment where form outweighs function. Overall the space is adequate for 2 people.Pros:Excellent location CleanCommunication Areas of opportunity:-There are no towel racks/hooks. We ended up hanging out wet towels on a shelf in the kitchen.-Frustrating entry/exit using multiple keys, fobs, dark alley/driveway. Entry into the building was explained, however exiting wasn't and if the lower level entey door wasn't left ajar, more than once we felt trapped in the building.-A/C wasn't intuitive and we were unable to get the temperature adjusted the first night. We asked the manager to have someone set it at 20* and we were assured that it was handled, however when we returned it was set at 22*. -Laundry facility is shared with other guests. That wasn't explained in the description. It is a Paris apartment, and as such has small spaces. The water closet door nearly touches the toilet, making entry and exit challenging. One cannot dry themselves off after showering without opening the bathroom door. Travel bags/suitcases don't have a place other than under the bed. None of these are deal breakers as they are typical of urban apartments.

This apartment was beautiful and charming. Accessing the property was easy, with great communication from the host. I was in the one bedroom apartment, which had a shower room, separate toilet room, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. It had full French doors to a balcony overlooking the street. It was impeccably clean, and all appliances and utilities in perfect working condition, including an A/C, microwave, hair dryer, iron, and smart TV. The internet was fast and reliable. The decoration was amazing, just perfectly beautiful. I will happily stay here again on my next trip to Paris!

Great Stay!

My family very much enjoyed our stay here. It was my husband, 2 young kids, and myself and it was the perfect space for us. Our kids slept on the pullout couch, which was fully setup for us upon arrival. There wasn’t a whole lot of space with the couch pulled out, but we spent the majority of our time exploring and not inside the apartment anyways. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for our time there. The location was fantastic— overall quiet neighborhood, but walkable to a lot of sights and restaurants/bakeries. The building has a locked entrance, as well as a locked hall to get to the apartment, and we really liked having the extra security measures. Felt very safe! Would definitely stay here again.
