You will love our modern loft in the trendy 17th arrondissement of Paris. It's perfect for visiting by day, and going out by night, as well as for shopping and business trips. You will be centrally located between the Arc de Triomphe with the famous Champs-Elysée Avenue, the artists' village of Montmartre, and La Défense business district. Also, the Eiffel tower and the renowned Louvre Museum are quickly accessible from the 3 nearby metro stations.

The studio is equipped with everything you need and more to enjoy a very comfortable stay.


• BED:
There is a confortable double bed, as well as en extra module convertible into a single bed.

• BATHROOMS AND WALK-IN WARDROBE:
One large bathroom with an italian shower, a full length mirror, a spacious walk-in closet with a hair dryer, as well as a separate toilet.

• KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an induction cooktop, an oven, an american fridge with water and ice dispenser, a nespresso machine with electric milk frother, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, as well as a traditional french raclette grill, and all the necessary utensils to cook, dinnerware and glassware. You can enjoy your home cooked meals on the high kitchen counter with 3 bar chairs.

• WORKING SPACE & ENTERTAINMENT
There is a fast fiber-optic wifi, USB plugs, a bluetooth sound system with 4 wall-mounted speakers, a 40inch TV with a Playstation 4 and 2 controllers. The TV is not connect to any channels, but you can watch Netflix and connect your laptop with the HDMI cable.

• LAUNDRY
There is a washer, a garment steamer and a drying rack. Laundry is not provided.

• HEATING AND COOLING: There is a portable air conditioning and a portable heater.



*** GETTING AROUND:

You will get around Paris easily with a dozen of bus routes passing nearby, and 3 underground metro stations:

• Pont Cardinet station, metro line 14 and train line L (5 min walk)
• Walgram station, metro line 3 (5 min walk)
• Villiers station, metro line 2 (10 min walk)

There is also a self-service electric bicycles station right down the street!



*** THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

The 17th arrondissement of Paris is one of the most beautiful and trendy districts of Paris. The neighborhood is amazing, walkable, safe, and offers absolutely everything you need and more, all within a 5-minute walk!

Get your groceries from the supermarkets, the vegan or organic food stores, or the late-night convenience store.

Give your taste buds a treat from the delicious bakery and pastry shops, the artisanal chocolate makers, the cheese and wine stores, the many gourmet restaurants and late-night street food.

Get pampered at the highly rated massage spa, nail salon, beautician, barber or hairdresser.

Get your workout done at the gym that offers daily pass, enjoy a yoga class at the local studio, or go jogging in Parc monceau.

As for our business travelers, they will find a copy & print shop, a dry cleaner, as well as a coworking space and meeting rooms for rent.

• Self check-in anytime after 3pm and check-out by 11am. You can book online a luggage storage located near my studio.

*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The unit is located on the first floor of the building. It is up one flight of stairs and there is no elevator in the building.

Also, please note that renovation work is going on in the common areas (building door, hall and staircase).
