The Space:

Spacious, completely renovated apartment, located on the 1st floor with elevator, ideally located near the Eiffel Tower! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to four travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), Smart television, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• A sleeping area: double bed (140 x 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, ceiling fan and storage space.

• An open equipped kitchen: microwave, washer-dryer, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower and toilet, fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo).

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Getting Around:

From the Airports

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B train to Saint-Michel–Notre-Dame, then connect to RER C to Avenue du Président Kennedy. From there, it’s a short walk. A taxi or ride-share takes about 35–50 minutes depending on traffic.

From Orly Airport: Take the Orlyval to Antony, then RER B to Saint-Michel–Notre-Dame and connect to RER C toward Avenue du Président Kennedy. By car, expect around 30–40 minutes in normal traffic.



From Major Train Stations

From Gare du Nord: Take Metro Line 4 to Saint-Michel, then RER C to Avenue du Président Kennedy.

From Gare de Lyon: Take Metro Line 14 to Châtelet, then RER C toward Avenue du Président Kennedy.

From Gare Montparnasse: Bus 82 offers a direct and scenic route across the Seine, or take Metro Line 6 to Trocadéro and continue by bus or on foot.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
