Magnificent studio apartment, fully air-conditioned and refurbished (completion 14 June 2023) like a hotel room, ideally located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement, a lively residential area halfway between Montparnasse, Saint Germain dès Près and the Quais de Seine.
Warm, bright, tastefully decorated by professionals and fully equipped, my accommodation is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway for two.

Air-conditioned studio on the 1st floor without lift:
- 1 room with a double bed
- Television and WI FI
- 1 dining table for 2
- 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine with tumble dryer option, dishwasher, microwave, hob)
- 1 open-plan shower room with 1 toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests.
Cleaning is carried out by professional staff

As specified in our rules of procedure, there is an additional charge for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11pm: 50 euros

The location of my flat gives easy access to many tourist sites and cultural highlights:

- The Montparnasse Tower and the famous Rue de Rennes (a major shopping street): 20 minutes on foot
- Saint Germain des Près: 25 minutes on foot
Le Bon Marche Rive Gauche: 25 minutes on foot
Beaugrennelle shopping centre: 26 minutes on foot
- Les Quais de Seine: 27 minutes on foot
_ Les Catacombes de Paris: 30 minutes on foot
Les Jardins du Luxembourg : 30 minutes on foot
_ Eiffel Tower: 34 minutes on foot
_ Musee du Louvre : 45 minutes walk
- Champs Elysées: 45 minutes on foot
- Necker Hospital 13 minutes on foot

I advise you to use your bike (thanks to the velin, lime, bolt... applications) to make your journeys in about 8 to 15 minutes for each of the above places to visit, and to get around Paris easily and discover the capital.
