âThe suite we had was very nice. The location was great, very walkable to different restaurants and the waterfront. Valet parking is cheaper than parking it yourself which is a bit odd but not really an issue (checking out it took a bit longer to get the vehicle but it wasnât crazy). I would recommend the Sutton Place and would come back again.â

A fire alarm went off one night and the night staff was not helpful. He didnât keep his composure or communicate with guests.â

âThe staff went out of their way to accommodate us when our flight was cancelled by Air Canada. We were very grateful for the managerâs rate we were offered as a courtesy for the disruption even though it had nothing to do with the hotel!â

âThe free breakfast was superb. Thereâs good protein and variety everyday. Staff is hard working and friendly. I see one guy even clean the kidâs high chair belts and buckle. Fast turnover of tables during busy hours of the morning. â
âExcellent hotel. Very clean, comfortable. Very friendly staff. The pool is indeed heated, not like advertised at other hotels. During the morning power outage, the kitchen staff went above and beyond to serve its guests breakfast. Highly recommend this place.â
