Hotell nära Shakespeare by the Sea

“The hotel is very nice. Easy access using the door codes. Rooms are very modern and lots of space. Like others have mentioned, the bed isn't the easiest to get in and out of but I did find it cozy as I don't have any mobility issues. Some small shelves on the wall next to the bed/outlet area would be nice for laying your phone, watch, etc. Others have mentioned the noise. I made an effort to be quiet as I could hear others in their rooms and using the stairs. There was a white noise...

“A new hotel with a fun theme and great location. Unfortunately very loud doors, lots of sounds during day and night. Cold room with no working AC/temperature. ”

“Great location along Granville & Sackville Streets, just a few short blocks from the waterfront and terrific value for money. Room was clean and though a little small, had all the essentials including a desk with a phone charger and wifi, lots of hooks on the door, as well a cabinet to put away and hang up personal items like clothing. There were several individual bathrooms on each floor and all came with a shower. Each floor has a shared common area with a kitchen and fridge, microwave, etc....

“Promised a water view and promised to be allowed to check in at 2 pm. When checking in at 5 pm, told there would be a 45 minute wait to get the room ready. To get another room at 5 pm we were put in a non water view room, given free parking and free snacks for compensation for the non water view which we had booked months previously so we could watch sail gp from window. Disappointing for sure. We did appreciate the compensation but kind of ruined our stay not to have the water view.”

“It was OK. The hotel is quite dated. And even though it’s on a lake, there’s no way to walk around the lake. And the first day we were there it was a beautiful morning. We wanted to sit on the patio to have our breakfast and it was closed for no reason at all. Very disappointing. But it was nice to have a view of the lake to just relax and unwind after a busy day or at the beginning of the day with a cup of coffee”
