“We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

“Wild Oscar is an ”okey” hotel, but nothing more. The vibe is little bit off. Our bedlinen had a lot of small holes in it. Entire hotel needs a facelift!”

2. Litet rum man kände lite smått instängd då fönster vätte mot en innegård på några få meter.
3. Rummet saknar Chromecast på tvn. Detta hade varit ett trevligt tillskott.
4. Frukostmenyn som var inkluderad var mycket liten. Man fick till och med betala extra för en ynka cappuccino, snålt!!

“This hotel i clearly aimed at long-term stays, with excellent storage space and a good kitchen. As a short-to-medium stay hotel, it did not impress.
The first thing we had to do when checking in was to sign a long contract, in spanish, for a lease. Despite being a Hotels.com "VIP" hotel, none of the promised perks where offered. In the room was more information, quite aggressively written, informing for example that there would be no refill on the soap, shampoo etc (in small bottles for a few...

“Instalaciones modernas, buena decoración y trato de personal adecuado.
La limpieza en la habitación no es del todo buena, habia pedazo de chocolate y cabellos aún después del aseo. Una botella de refresco abierta en el refrigerador cuando llegamos a la habitación. Y deberian de arreglar el clntrol de temperatura de regafera ya que calienta poco tiempo y comienza a salir fria el agua, lo cual no es cómodo.”
