“Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.”

“Overall we had an amazing stay. The home was clean and welcoming. Whenever we had a question Mike and Holly were very quick to respond. The area around the home is beautiful and there is plenty of privacy. The first floor was a little warm during the day but cooled off very quickly once the sun went down. ”

“We had a family reunion at Sebago State Park and this house and location was perfect. It was very clean and updated. There was plenty of room- everyone had their own bed. We will certainly stay there again in the future. ”

“We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. ”

“We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This was by far the best place I've ever stayed. I chose this house for a girls weekend for myself and a few friends. The house was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Our host, Art, has the home stocked with everything you could ever need (or forget at home). He responds quickly and is so friendly and accommodating! “We had an incredible stay at this Standish, Maine property! The view of the lake was absolutely gorgeous, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
