This 775 square foot cottage, was just renovated with all new everythingâŠkitchen, bath, floors, walls and includes a large outside deck with a killer BBQ and a separate shed as a working office. Itâs perfect location for traveling nurses, temporary work assignees, temporary home needs or roaming digital nomads.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master has a comfy Queen bed with lush linens, a large closet with built-ins, a dresser and ceiling fan. Bedroom two has a comfy Queen bed, lush linens, closet, and a ceiling fan.
The spacious bathroom includes plenty of storage, a bath/shower combination and a large single vanity area with lots of counter space. The in-house laundry area is just outside the bathroom and equipped with a stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Walk through the beautiful, metal double doors into the spacious, light-filled foyer and great room. The great room has comfy seating for 3 or 4 on the high-back sofa. A side chair gives additional space for one more to sit and enjoy the conversation or watch a little TV on the 65â SmartTV equipped with Spectrum cable along with apps for logging into your Netflix or Prime accounts. An Apple TV app is also available for login. Donât forget to bring your account numbers so you can watch all your favorite shows and movies.
Part of the great room includes a cozy dining area with 4 upholstered dining chairs. Just to the right of the dining is a wine station, complete with a 36-bottle wine fridge, along with all the accouterments necessary to enjoy some fine Paso wine.
The large kitchen is a foodieâs dream come true with all new cabinetry and stainless-steel appliancesâŠa gas 5-burner KitchenAid stove/oven, a side-by-side KitchenAid fridge, Whirlpool dishwasher and KitchenAid microwave that can grill, air fry, bake and roast. There is a plethora of small appliances, pots, pans, cutlery and cooking gear and serving wear youâd need to whip up any gourmet meal.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
A great hangout for the cooler eveningsâŠjust off the kitchen is a large house-shaded deck. Dine al fresco at the dining table for 2 or sip adult beverages on the patio lounge furniture while grilling up some steaks on the very manly Weber propane grill. The grill is hooked up to the house gas, so no need to refill propane tanks.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide a starter set of personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just two minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
PROVISIONS
Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located a few blocks away on Spring Street. In addition, Gregorâs Deli has an impressive deli (tri-tip grilled everyday for sandwiches) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. Another favorite located just a few blocks awayâŠthe new Paso Market WalkâŠfilled with tasty treats for everyone. A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
RESTAURANTS
What goes best with wineâŠFOOD! Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them! Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Some of our favorites in Paso Robles include BL Brasserie, The Hatch, Thomas Hill Organics, Buena Tavola, Fish Gaucho, Street Side Ale House, The Alchemist, Andrea's on Pine and Jeffry's Wine Country BBQ. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.

Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick. By booking less than 30 days you are agreeing to pay a Property Damage Protection non-refundable insurance fee of $33 (or $25)/night to cover any property damages up to $10,000 with $1,000,000 (or $100,000) in personal liability coverage. For booking more than 30 days you are agreeing to pay a refundable security deposit.
There will also be a 4% credit card/processing fee charged for any cancellations regardless of when cancellation occurs.
USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS â Renters understand and accept that the property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras in the house.
