“The house and property are wonderful. Spaces for all of our family to be together and to be "on our own" + a kitchen that has lots of dishes and supplies. We were together for 10 days. The POOL was our favorite place to laugh and play and stay cool in the high temperatures and all the humidity. We loved exploring the beaches around the coastline. “The property is large enough to accommodate big families. The pool is clean and adequate. The property is dated and needs a new stovetop. The bathrooms are adequate for our large group. They could use upgrades also. We worked the many stairs but for young children or physically challenged people it would be difficult. There’s an elevator but it is unreliable. The property manager is extremely responsive! It was very helpful when we needed assistance like oven mitts. Overall we enjoyed our stay!...

“Small one bedroom apartment. Kitchen does not have anything except two plates for spoons knives. No coffee, no sugar, no ice etc. Television in living area only received three channels in Spanish only. Television and bedroom had Roku for a short amount of time and then nothing.”

“This adorable little house in Salinas was the perfect setup for 3 friends. We each had our own comfortable bedrooms, each with our own TVs and our own temperature control units to suit our individual preferences. The shared space was comfortable and the kitchen was more than adequate. We would love a return visit!”
