Key and Card Replacement: In case of key or card loss, a police report is required, and a fee of 2,000 baht will be charged for a new set. 🔑
Trash Disposal: To avoid insects such as ants or cockroaches, please dispose of all rubbish in the designated garbage room near the elevator every time you purchase food or before checking out. 🗑️🐜
No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the room will result in a fine of 5,000 baht. 🚭
Extra Cleaning: If you require additional cleaning during your stay, the fee is only 600 baht per session. Please inform us in advance. 🧹
Food Restrictions: We kindly ask that guests refrain from preparing strong-smelling foods such as curries, durian, fish sauce, and fermented foods inside the room.
