“Rude and lazy.”

“Overall the property was alright. The Expedia rating wasn’t super helpful. Location isn’t the best. The industrial part isn’t something I’d recommend. Lots of parking which is nice though. The room was really clean which was amazing but the halls and elevators weren’t the cleanest. It was super packed the weekend we were there and felt like we were intruding on some type of event or family reunion. It felt like we shouldn’t be there which I would have appreciated if that had been clarified that...

“The basic breakfast was good. Prices for other options and other meals was reasonably priced. Nice access to two parks within easy walking distance. The noise from the bar while trying to sleep was what brought the score down. I would recommend ear plugs if staying Thursday to Saturday nights.”

“There was a rainstorm during our stay and our window started leaking. I tried to call the front desk but they wouldn't answer so I went down to the desk and told them the area above the window was leaking dirty brown water all over. They told me they already knew it was a problem and couldn't fix it. I asked to get another room and they told me they didn't have any available so they gave me one little towl to try to stop the leak.”

“The room was clean, but does not have a full length mirror. The bathroom needs an update, the tub looked uninviting, but the shower head had a great flow. It was nice to have the walk way to the The Grand”

“Checkin was efficient with fresh cookie options and bottled water. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast had a ton of options but there are a lot of guests so be gracious and prepare accordingly. Pool was sufficient but again can get busy with the amount of people- Although pool towels always were Available. Convenient location with free parking a plus. It was close to zoo & downtown waterfront. Loved that they had regular, decaf and cold brew coffee along with tea and flavored water always...

“I was impressed with the properly for one night before travel it was perfect including on time shuttle at 4 am and lovely helpful driver too . I would definitely stay there again and great addition is the chop steakhouse next-door. It was pouring rain and we just walked through the hotel and had the most incredible dinner.
