“Cleaning has gone downhill . I found 4 dead bed bugs in my bed … when I got out of bed April 28 , 2026 in room 330. Carpets need cleaning……. Vacuuming needs to be done on a daily basis. I was ‘ supposedly’ in a DELUXE room … which I paid EXTRA for … the windows … hadn’t been cleaned in quite awhile . Numerous fingerprints . Despite the fact that I have been a loyal guest …. Over many years ….i will be staying at The Grand in the future.”

“Upon arrival, there was a mixup with the reservation we made through Expedia. The staff member wasn’t too understanding of our position as clients. It wasn’t our fault about expedias short coming communicating with the hotel. We were made to feel like we were at fault, unjustly. We understand that an employees experience dealing with various situations comes with time. Hopefully this constructive criticism will assist for training purposes.
