Inlet Point 5A Second Row - Enjoy a nice view of the ocean and marsh views from this 2nd Row Condo. This wonderful three-story townhome is just one of eight total duplexes in 4 buildings on the second row inside of the Inlet Point gated community. New to our rental program in 2024, this condo has been well-maintained and loved by the family that owns it. There is covered parking with ground floor entry from the carport, providing an interior staircase to access to all three floors. The main floor has the dining, living, kitchen. The dining area has a table that seats 7, plus seating 4 at the breakfast bar and 4 at a table in the living area. A sliding door opens to the screened porch and sundeck.

The top floor has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private screened porch and 2 double beds. The private bath has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The main floor has one bedroom, and bath with walk-in shower. The ground floor has the foyer and a bedroom, private bath with a tub/shower combination.

This condo is located in Building 5, and it is convenient to the beach, pool, and creek dock. There is an entrance to the ground floor foyer from the carport area.

Parking: Covered carport parking for 2 cars underneath the unit. Additional parking is available.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and guests may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
