CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICIES
CHECK IN is from 3pm. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so our staff can meet you.
If you arrive before 3pm, don't worryâdrop off your luggage at locker storage and soak up Bingin Beach vibes while we prepare your villa.
CHECK OUT is 11:00 am at the latest.
We have an extensive Welcome Guide Book which has lots of information on Restaurants, Cafes, Laundry, Villa massages, Transport contacts, ect
NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED
Due to the infinity pool, the suite might not be suitable for unsupervised small children.
Cancellation or refund is not possible for the following reasons:
. Any issues caused by neighborhood, construction noise, government, or utility suppliers.
. TV channel, internet or wifi problem. Temporary utility issues including electricity/gas/water/toilet/air conditioning
âą Temporary cleanness issues including leaves, dust, spider webs, animals or insects. please let us know of any issues and we will fix it for you .
