“Everything about Beach Block Hideaway was perfect! The house was absolutely immaculate, the kitchen well stocked with plenty of kitchenware, beds very comfortable. Easy walk to town. We have stayed at a number of homes when visiting Greenport over the years but this place is truly the best - highly recommend! ”

“We enjoyed the location of the property, and the check-in process was easy and well-organized. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and nicely appointed. While the space has a lot of potential, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The sofa and upholstered chair were in need of a deep clean, and the sofa cushions had lost their support, making them uncomfortable to use. We could also hear quite a bit of noise from the neighboring unit, and on one night the tenants were active until...

“It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive.”
