“Wonderfully situated near shopping and restaurants. Loved the concierge and the lady @ the breakfast kitchen. They were so helpful and so welcoming.
We’ll def be back to stay here when we visit the area in the near future!! I didn’t get their names and i should have.

“The room was not tended to the last two nights.
Everytime anyone in a room nearby would flush, shower or make any noice it can be heard loudly and will wake you up during the night unless you are a heavy sleeper. The reception staff was firendly and helpful and the hotel was in a convenient area to me but I will not stay there again.”

“The hotel looks brand new. Catching the shuttle was very easy from TYS and it literally across the street from the airport. Perfect, if you have to catch a five am flight the next morning. Customer service was excellent. Only a five minute uber ride from restaurand shopping.”

“The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, which is very much appreciated. Only complaint was the bed & pillows weren’t very comfortable. My husband I felt each other tossing and turning and my husband said his hip was achy as a result of the mattress. On the plus side we were SO happy to find out this location has an EV charger. ”
