“The room was not tended to the last two nights. Everytime anyone in a room nearby would flush, shower or make any noice it can be heard loudly and will wake you up during the night unless you are a heavy sleeper. The reception staff was firendly and helpful and the hotel was in a convenient area to me but I will not stay there again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RT Lodge. Staff was fantastic! They were all well put together polite and were there to help you with anything that you needed. The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city.”

“This hotel is not bad at all. Any issues, the staff takes care of it. Some things were not as clean as I expected, but when I told the front desk they had it taken care of pretty quickly. I have to say that Katy at the front desk is a superstar. She has a good memory- she remembered me from a stay about six months ago, and I heard her know a guest by name even though he did not frequently come through Maryville/Alcoa. Super helpful and very nice. We were here for Christmas and have enjoyed...

“Den var väldigt dålig. Rummet luktade illa och var skitigt. Det skulle ingå frukost men det fanns ingen och när vi frågade om det sa det att vi inte kunde få frukost på grund av covid-19. Badrummet var inte rent och duschen fungerade inte. Min rekommendation är att välja ett annat hotell.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean everywhere. The bed was a little too firm for me and it made a lot of noise when you moved around on it. The breakfast was ok but it needed better protein options especially for the diabetics. There were too many carbs and sugars offered”
