Våra rekommendationer för fritidshus i Pendleton

Ett tvåvåningshus med en veranda, siffran ’209’ ovanför dörren och en liten trädgård med olika växter.

1. Clemson Memorabilia House

Clemson

“I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. ”

2. Lake Hartwell cottage - Hot Tub! ~ we have no lake water till it rains

“There were some issues, but Michelle took care of most of them and compensated us for the rest. Can't say enough good things about Michelle. One issue we had, that was not evident in property photos, was the slope of the property. I'm 74, with bad knees, and the slope leading to the front door was a challenge for me. For a younger person in better physical condition, maybe not. But as I've said, I don't think you'll find a more expedient, quick responding, and friendlier host than Michelle!”

Greenville Downtown

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed in one of Hunter's properties at this location. The units are a good value, very conveniently located to the town, the park and the Swamp Rabbit trail. The units feature all the needed amenities and are nicely furnished. However in both units we found the king bed mattress to be too soft (and we are very light weight). A more mid-level of firmness would be appreciated by most adults. Our unit this year had both a salt and pepper grinder but the salt...

“Being at the entrance to Fall on Reedy park was so convenient. We were able to walk all over downtown Greenville. And after all the walking it was so nice having the townhouse so close by. It was a top end rental for sure. Very nice kitchen even though we never cooked(too many good restaurants within walking distance. Nice dining area and very comfortable living area with a huge sectional sofa. Huge bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Very comfortable bed. Lots of closet space. Washer and dryer in...
