Comfort Inn Marion near Downtown & Blue Ridge PKWY
Though it was posted, bfast ended at 9 so when we got there at 5 till it was over and the waffles were gone. Walls seemed to be thin and could hear our neighbors talking clearly. Getting into the parking lot took a second try to find it. Overall not a bad stay but given other options I'd take ...

Pine Valley Motel
Sam, the owner was terrific. He checked us in and even gave us an upgrade without charging us extra. The room was very good (for the price), clean, good heater, and beds were a little firm, but ok.

OlogneLuxury Cabinologne: 3 kungar + öppen spis + badtunna + eldstaden
In case of snow or ice, 4 wheel drive or chains is a necessity. Meadow drive is not plowed or treated. If you are visiting in winter, be forewarned!
