“My family and I had a wonderful holiday stay at the property. Great location nestled in the woods, plenty of space for our dog to run around outside in the fenced in yard, and spacious interiors that gave us room to spread out. The on-site property manager was very nice. Only thing we weren’t expecting - there’s a commercial kitchen attached to the main house that gets rented out, so there might be someone coming and going while you’re there. It’s a separate entrance, but we weren’t aware of it...

“Dave and Sheila have created a peaceful oasis surrounded by the cutest alpacas ever! We loved staying here and never wanted to leave! As hosts they were very kind and attentive to our needs and made sure that we were very comfortable. We loved being able to interact with the alpacas, especially Grace- the sweetie! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to escape their busy life for a very peaceful and relaxing retreat.”

“Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!”

“Truly enjoyed this place, so close to town , 2-5 minute walk, and yet was so peaceful with the running river. We walked to breakfast along the miners trail each morning and it was so refreshing to be along the riverside”
