'Captain's Delight' Àr nyrenoverad, en av en snÀll lÀgenhet med 3 sovrum pÄ Sabine Yacht Club. C-sidan Àr den större ingÄngen och gÄr in i köket. Köket fick vackra bÀnkskivor i vit kvarts och ett rymligt baromrÄde i matsalen; ett fantastiskt hem för vÀrd för familjen. Det stora sovrummet fick franska dörrar och en privat garderob. Badrummen har glasdusch och bÀnkskivor av kvarts. Rena och rymliga!

Den andra befÀlhavaren Àr B-sidan. Det har eget pentry och ingÄng. 

Vi Àr mycket förtjust i Sabine - utsikten Àr lika spektakulÀra och Àr helt lugn.  Du kan se ljus pÄ natten, istÀllet för havets mörker.  

Stranden ligger tvÀrs över gatan. Det finns en dusch för att skölja bort vid fastighetens ingÄng pÄ vÀg tillbaka.

Sabine ligger 0. 15 kilometer frÄn Pensacola Beach Boardwalk för shopping och restauranger. Varför inte dra nytta av tennisbanorna eller utomhus grill / lounge pÄ fastigheten medan du Àr dÀr? 

Det finns ocksÄ tillgÄng till att sÀtta ett havsfartyg i bukten och förankra eller parkera din slÀpvagn, vilket gör denna hyra till det bÀsta för alla vÄra sjökaptener!

Absolutely loved sitting at the dining room table and looking out over the bay. The wall of windows and balcony were awesome. A kitchen window also offers a view of the ocean. Plenty of room for 5 adults to spread out. The property is clean and well-kept and everyone in the condo building was very friendly. Property is just as described down to the fully equipped kitchen. Just wish I'd looked in the closet before I purchased a boogie board!! Beach items were already provided.

This condo is very spacious since it is two condo units combined. I do think the doors on one of the main bedrooms would benefit to have solid doors instead of glass doors. The noise level in the morning from others conversing at the kitchen table would probably have not bothered me if the doors were solid wood. It's a very nice condo and great for a group.

Property was excellent...great location...great view of sunrises and sunsets (all were beautiful). Couple of minor issues with door handles that came off and a broken glass table top but other than that...excellent. We would like to come back next year.

What a wonderful property! It was beautiful and so welcoming! We had a wonderful time staying here as a family - especially enjoying the sunrises and sunsets on the balconies. Will definitely be back!

The first time we walked in to the condo was absolutely breath taking! This condo is very spacious and stunning! Our balcony was on bayside which made it nice when the boys wanted to go fish on the little beach area. We saw so many different fish, a dolphin and lots of stingray. There is a little bit of a walk to the beach but it was an easy walk. It was just a great place to stay, very clean and the pool was really nice after a day at the beach. Anyway as I said just an absolutely amazing place!

This condo was so nice and comfortable, and very spacious! We loved the panoramic windows and location. The welcome tablet was a very nice touch and the local restaurant suggestions were greatly appreciated. The only down side, which is not a reflection on this condo, was that the previous beach access that used to be directly across the street is no longer available. Its a short walk down to a public beach access point. Without 2 small toddlers, the walk would be no sweat!

Beautiful, well appointed condo. Loved having three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The open design living room, dining area and kitchen made for easy visiting with our group. Windows in each room gave a lovely view of the water and wildlife. We saw squadrons of pelicans, hunting osprey, even dolphins from the balconies. Would stay again!

What a beautiful view on the 10th floor of this condo. We enjoyed not only the view but the cleanliness, spaciousness, and peaceful place to retreat. This condo had plenty of room for our family with Soundside views as well as the bridge views. To us, it was so peaceful. The beach was across the street and could be viewed via the kitchen window. We spent time there too. This was a perfect getaway to celebrate our daughters college graduation as we rented bikes, stopped off at local shops, restaurants and cafes. We’re locals but wanted a place to stay on the beach for our celebratory time together. This was perfect. Highly recommended!!

The property was very clean, very quite. Plenty of room, not a far walk to the beach and just far enough from the middle of town you get the peace and quite. We had two children with us and family, it was perfect!! I honestly don’t want to tell anyone about it because I want to keep it all for myself! I we will for sure stay again!
