Gulf Front Ocean Breeze East 204-Pool-Free Daily Activities

This 3 bedroom unit is located on the west end of the 2nd floor in one of the lowest density condo buildings on Perdido Key. The building has an elevator as well as a stairwell for easy access to the unit. Your balcony off the living room area directly faces the beach offering some stunning views!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and balcony. Your balcony off the living room area directly faces the beach offering some stunning views! The guest rooms include four new twin size beds.

Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with a brand new fridge with in door dispenser, the kitchen includes a coffee maker, indoor grill, and waffle maker. There is a new full size washer and a dryer in the unit. All linens and towels are provided along with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and trash bags. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable are included

Bring your beach towels and you should be good to go!
The breathtaking views, direct beach access via the complex's boardwalk, and the on site swimming pool will ensure your whole family will enjoy their vacation.
This unit is just minutes from many activities and nightlife on the Island. The Naval Aviation Museum located at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Perdido Kids Park, and Downtown Pensacola are only minutes away!

Only 1 parking spot is allowed, which is difficult when the condo sleeps 8. The AC and fridge would not cool off. Our food had to be put in the freezer. The next day they both had caught up and were cooling. 1 bath had hair and dried seaweed on the wall and mildew on the shower curtain. There are no fans to help with cooling. There are no TVs in the 2 smaller bedrooms. The 2nd day they brought fans and also changed the shower curtain, did not clean the wall. The entire power went out in the condo around 12pm. It took 5hrs to get restored, it went out again. The reason was the dryer plug was burning up and had to be replaced. I requested a refund for the wasted day but got nothing. They were also rude and told me that "nothing would make me happy". 1 of the sofas is broken, the drawers in the fridge are all cracked, a door handle fell off, and the description claims it has a fold out sofa bed, but its actually in the masterbedroom, which isnt convenient. On the 2nd to last day, the dryer would not work. We had to bring our clothes to the agency to get dried. Electricians did not come until the next day after we left. The AC unit is located on the balcony and loud. The bedding, while clean, is old. There were not enough towels and rags for 8 people. Overall, this was my worst vacation. I have never had a fridge or AC take so long to cool down. We were prepared to leave the 2nd day. I wanted to add pics, but decided to upload some of my communication. Only 8 photos were allowed.

Relaxing Vacation

We tried a new area this year for spring break, really happy we made this the choice for our stay. The area wasn't over populated with tourists, beach area and pool was very clean and not packed. Beautiful mornings, and dolphins were seen every day from our balcony. The condo was very spacious, clean and came equipped with everything we needed for our stay, even beach Mats, and sand toys for the littles, all we needed was beach towels. Easy key pick up and drop off. Communication with the renter was A, we were given very detailed information prior to arrival, had a few questions when we arrived regarding parking, they were right on top of answering, very friendly and took care of us quick even after business hours.Thanks for the stay, definitely considering this place next year if available

Wouldn’t be a repeat for me

This property is in need of a good deep clean and some updating. The balcony was a big disappointment for me as this is something I really enjoy being on the water with a great view. But there isn’t any comfortable furniture on the balcony, some old barstools with no table. And the AC unit is on the balcony so every few minutes that kicks on and you cannot hear the ocean or any one you are trying to converse with.. I wouldn’t rent this unit again. Too many other places that are at least good and clean if they aren’t also updated.
