“As a 3 generation family group we all loved this place to stay. Fabulous location: amazing views of countryside, but close enough to the coast. Accommodation was comfortable (beds amazingly so), lots of games and activities for children, and of course the pool and hot tub which were very well used. Our hosts Mark and Georgina were very helpful and accommodating, and communicated really well. Highly recommended. Simon and family.”

“Our recent stay as East Lodge was wonderful. The property is set in castle grounds, in a fairly secluded area. The property has all amenities you could ask for, and the owners guide is very thorough, full of recommendations and is quite humorous. There are so many places to visit nearby which makes Chillingham such a good base. Max called in to check we were having a good time and all was well with the property which was a nice touch. “Wonderful, grand, welcoming place. We used this as the setting of a team meeting to build our relationships, objective complete! The setting really brought everyone together with space for everyone to be involved. A packed agenda during the day, relaxing together cooking regional dishes in the evening, then games in the cellar in the later evening. This place is so versatile in amazing surroundings, i would definitely recommend for a group booking.”

“We booked the Manor & Rose Cottage alongside the yurt and Bonfire Making/ Axe Throwing for the a hen party of 26. We had the most amazing weekend, the Manor is amazing, so many hidden rooms and staircases, and it’s all absolutely beautiful! We hosted a murder mystery 1 evening which the dining room was perfect for. Rose cottage was absolutely stunning and right next door to the manor. The yurt is an absolute MUST. It’s absolutely huge, it’s got furniture, a log burner and it’s own kitchen!...
