“We wre incredibly relaxed during the entire stay. No tight schedules to keep. Planned each day according to our moods. We are not hot tub people but its nice that its there for others. Nice fire pit as well. Unfortunately nights were hazy so star gazing was out, but not a drop of rain during the 4 days. Temps around 24⁰ each day. All in all a terrific get- away. Thank you Kate and Jon!”

“5 of us stayed at the house and it was a great choice to book here. Check in was easy, the house had plenty of space for us to all sit at the table or in the lounge room. The kitchen had most everything needed (measuring cups would be my suggestion). Everything was very clean, bathrooms were well stocked. No complaints at all. Loved the fire pit even though it rained. “Comfortable. Clean. Hot tub took some time to warm up it once it was warm it was perfect. Coffee, tea and other basics were available in the kitchen and the tv has Netflix and other options to sign in to. Very relaxing”

“We had an excellent time staying in this cottage. There was enough space for everyone. on a beautiful shallow lake, great for young kids. Walking distance into downtown Sundridge with a beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store and a fresh water spring close by to refill drinking water. We would definitely stay again. Only downside was having to take our garbage with us in the end and we were not provided a ticket from the host to drop off at the local dump. Otherwise excellent place for families...

“We had a wonderful stay at this Huntsville Century Home. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean and had a beautiful view overlooking the valley around Hunter’s Bay. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very nice and had coffee and tea for guests. Owners were very responsive and helpful with communications. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Annually, our multi-generational family gathers for a lake vacation. We travel from the Chicago and Seattle areas. This year was extra special, since we returned home to Muskoka where the older “we” vacationed as kids. The home offered ample room for 10 to spread out. The location was ideal for boating, hiking in Algonquin and even a quick run for groceries. Downside, the property is up For Sale. “In Huntsville area to visit with grandchildren. Booked this location for the close proximity to Huntsville, for the lake, water activities (kayaks, paddle boards) and pet friendly. Could not have asked for a better location !! The Windermere is a bit rustic, but well appointed and we loved it. Can’t wait to visit again !!! Also, the cleaning staff, especially Miss Lady, were wonderful - Thank you !”

“A true week's vacation in a slice of paradise just 30 minutes from Perry Sound. Reservation, check-in process and check-out could not have been more simple and effective. Cottage was fitted out as described and suited our needs. Kitchen was perfect for our needs as well. Wifi via Starlink was very good.
