Please be advised that the building is older and full of character, which means it may come with a few quirks—like occasionally temperamental plumbing. There`s also a lively local pub just across the road that features live music on some evenings, usually wrapping up around 10:30pm. If you`re looking for a stay with charm, personality, and a bit of local flavor, this spot is a great fit!

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has a wardrobe space for your luggage and is equipped with a split system AC for both heating and cooling.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is equipped with:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix account. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
Washing machine and dryer are available to use - located in the communal laundry room.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. The keys are located in the laundry in the middle of the carpark at the rear of Jaylu Flats. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

- Please be advised that the back stairs, laundry room, and car park will not be accessible from Friday for at least the duration of the weekend.
- Check-in and check-out will need to be through the mailboxes at the front fence. Thank you so much. Your understanding on this matter is greatly appreciated.
NOTE: The ceiling fans can be switched to winter mode but it won`t `heat` the room.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
