“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Badgers. It was very peaceful, just what I needed. The hut was very well equipped, clean, comfortable and cosy. Would definitely recommend.”

“Absolute delight, perfection. Although we only live a few miles away and was staying whilst we had a new bathroom installed, we will come back to recharge our batteries on a regular basis!!”

“Fantastic property. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Loved the history and renovation back story. Was worried it would be cold, draughty and creaky. How wrong we were. It was warm and inviting.Nice rural and quiet location. Happily stay there again!!”

“Great place to stay really cozy with everything you need and more.Great outdoor space too.It was in an ideal location as we were walking the 1066 Country Walk”

“THIS WAS OUR 4TH VISIT AND IDEAL FOR IDEAL FOR THE PEACE AND QUITE WE WERE LOOKING FOR. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo”

“Lovely quiet place for a short break. Local pub is very friendly and location is not too far from places to visit by car. Glamping Pods very clean as well as toilet block and also well equipped. No issues and really liked that on the day of departure the owner came to say goodbye and ask how our stay was.”

Peacocks at the back door herds of dear and flocks of amazing rheas much better than advertised. You do need a car with good clearance for the track through the forest but it's worth it as it all ads to the amazing adventure. Thank you once again to our host Martin who meets guests at the gate to lead you through the forest.”
