“Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....

“We had a great time in Philly. The location is walkable to major attractions, and it truly felt like home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The key lockbox presented an Escape Room experience during check-in, taking a bit of time to get it open, but check-out was smooth. There are so many great options nearby—breakfast spots, juice bars, grocery stores, and happy hour bars and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.”

“The apartment is in a great neighborhood and very walkable. It’s a nice layout with two bedrooms well separated from each other. For one night it was fine but I think future guests need to know more about the situation. It’s located above a Japanese restaurant with two flights of stairs up. There’s a bar upstairs which was really noisy, past 2AM and was a real inconvenience especially given the signage and messaging around quiet hours. The hallway could use a real cleaning it was very dirty with...
