“Not sure where to start. I’ll say that the property was clean and checkin was smooth. The apartment itself was okay. It was missing some kitchen accessories, like a toaster, but overall it was okay. “We chose this place for the close proximity to a friend that we were visiting. The apartment was cute and comfortable with all the basics you would expect. My kids enjoyed walking to ultimo coffee shop. The central air is a must have for Philadelphia in the summer! The host was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“I was a little dismayed as I approached by car and the route changed from suburban to one with a lumberyard and abandoned lots. But once I entered I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was spotless and looked brand new. Actually I felt safe once I was there. Nothing untoward happened. Perhaps this is a neighborhood on its way to gentrification. Just made an initial bad impression from the outside. Street parking was always plentiful. ”
