• Pool Heat: Pool and spa heaters are available with gas usage billed separately. Hot tub heat included but pool heat if added is an additional fee
• Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs; no cats due to allergies). NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE POOL. The hair will clog the cleaner and filter!!

• Mid/Long-Term Renters: Owner covers the first $150 of electric/gas; tenants cover any overages. Water, trash, landscaping, and pool services are included.
