This gorgeous newly furnished Avondale home welcomes you the second you enter. Comfortable furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, SMART TV's, and a beautiful private backyard with sparkling HEATED pool welcome you to relax and make memories. While enjoying your vacation home check out all the local amenities that are just minutes away with easy access to the I-10 (NASCAR, Cardinal football stadium, Phoenix Zoo, all the beautiful pro and city golf courses, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, grocery stores, bowling and hiking. The neighborhood has several parks which include basketball courts, playground equipment, picnic facilities and large grassy open spaces. Just a few minutes away is the Avondale Sports Complex which includes indoor soccer, basketball and workout centers for the general public at a small fee.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 car garage to make your stay feel truly welcoming. Before stepping outside, catch a game on the big screen TV. Outside you'll find an outdoor kitchen with grill, heated pool, comfortable patio furniture, and room for hours worth of relaxing conversations. Our home has AC, heat, & ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool on those hot Arizona days, and warm when it's chilly! There is a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom with king bed, and two additional bedrooms featuring double bunks. There is more than enough room to spread out and relax after a long day of fun!

We want your vacation experience to be everything you hoped for and more! Our home is triple checked before you arrive to make sure it's safe and clean. We are available via Airbnb/VRBO messenger if issues should arise during your stay.

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

Friends Getaway

The house was amazing! Everything was clean and spacious, and it worked great for our group of 8 friends! The pool was amazing, it was awesome to have a grill, and the tvs had access to movies and tv shows. We had a minor issue that was our fault and the owner responded right away and helped resolved it. They were very friendly and very quick with their responses. Ultimately this was a wonderful place to stay and the perfect spot for our group!

Avondale

We were in Arizona for our daughter’s wedding and had family coming in throughout the week. The house was perfect for our needs. I think overall cleanliness could have been better (admittedly my standards are HIGH). The pool was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Check in/out was a breeze and Lori was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again.

Avondale Location

The area we stayed was great however it took a while to get to desired locations (due to traffic), that was a miss on our part, not knowing what to expect. The house had plenty of space for us and we enjoyed the outdoor space, the pool and corn hole boards got plenty of use and we did use the grill as well which worked perfectly for us. We were a little disappointed in the bathroom areas and cabinets (could use some updating). But overall our stay was nice and we enjoyed our visit to AZ.

3 weeks in Avondale

We spent 3 weeks here in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the layout and all that it had to offer. The neighborhood is very quiet during the day and even the evenings. Mornings were spent walking the path for about 2 miles at the east end of the street. Spent many afternoons out by the pool soaking up the sun. This location in Avondale is within minutes of some good shopping and food. We were in communication with the host about a noise from the furnace within the first two days upon our arrival. The weather got warmer so we shut the furnace off and sent her a reminder email about it when we left. The pool guy and yard maintenance we never knew that they were there. Beds were comfortable as well. This home has two bedrooms with two sets of bunk beds and a pull out beneath the bunks so it will sleep a lot of people. Thank you for a great getaway with family and friends.

Worth the Wait

Very clean house! Basic stocking of supplies better than I have seen in past rentals elsewhere. Pool initially had algae buildup, but property management had that addressed with a loss of two day's swim. Needed to secure property on short notice due to a death in the family and we were very pleased with the roominess, cleanliness, available in this unit, e.g., pack n play and baby seat. Although we never exceeded the occupancy limit overnight and we were considerate of our neighbors, the property manager allowed our group the ability to congregate with other family members for a few hours. Our overall impression is very favorable and we will certainly consider a future rental.

Friends AZ trip

The house was great, the beds were comfortable. Our only recommendation would be to list what type of kitchen appliances are available (i.e. Keurig, crockpot, etc..) and when you when you heat the pool let us know the temperature it will be. We were expecting the pool to be in the high 80s-90 degrees and it never got above 80 so we didn’t use much being the outdoor side temperature never got above 72 degrees. Also, if you’re going to plan for a contractor to come in to deal with appliances to be swapped out, that should be handled when guests are not in the rental or when they are going to be out of the house and the management team takes care of watching over them not the guest. Rather inconvenient when a contractor comes in at 7:30 AM and wakes the house up. We would’ve rather dealt with not having a dishwasher and having a price reduction rather than dealing with a contractor. Overall, the house and the property were beautiful and there was not any dislike, this is was just a couple pointers of things that could’ve gone better.

Ideal spot for Spring Training get-togethers

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Goodyear and Camelback Ranch are both 15-20 min away. 2 golf courses are 10 min away (Wigwam and Palm Valley).
